Exp/Points/Gems loss

Player Lp RocK lost some rewards from an Supreme Shaman Tank and an Shaman Tank. He told me it didn't save.

First thanks Metallica for very very help me..i am kill shaman tank shortly before..I have one enhance stone and i am use for helping fast upgrade..and i am write !saveme( i have a premium account (donor) )..But dont save ..
15-20 days ago:I am kill supreme tank dont save and i am again loss exp and 90 gem..

 

I apologize in advance, but we don't provide compensation or concession to gamers who didn't properly save in a Privileged Event.

Seeing a special tank, or an admin-spawned tank, and the following rewards, are just that; Privilieged.

Gamers there are considered luckky to get a chance. Very skilled and luckier if they win.

Please clarify details:

1.) Was data LOST?

2.) Or, did he just not see the presence of tank rewards?

Once we know more about this issue, or if it qualifies as a true loss of data, I will migrate this or move it to the "lost stats" page.

 

I just log on to EU coop, I loss almost 600 gems. I normal don't mind, but I saving this for the r15 upgrade. So if anyone can help, it will be great.

I did not lose the data file.Only loss exp gem cash..
There is a problem at the moment,
I am buy 2 month vip premium account(donor) But now don't work..Not even a month yet,does not exceed.
