Drop grenade while incapacitated

Hi all,

I think a great new skill or buff would be the ability to drop a molotov/bile/pipe bomb while incapped. A molotov could burn the SI if the player has no knives left or doesn't want to use one.

This could be overpowered in VS., so maybe limit the number of times a grenade can be dropped (even if have enough bounty to buy more) or only allow the buff to be equipped in co-op and survival.

If the level cap gets raised to 225, maybe this could be one of the lv. 220+ abilities.

 

U said it urself, it will be overpowered and ruin the game but the gameplay in VS is already overpowered by spitters and vet pistols so meh, this can be one of the upgrades and hopefully it will take 6-8 months to get to level 220 if u play a lot so it will take time to upgrade to that level.

 

There is already the chance to set the surroundings on fire... This shoukd be a real grenade so when you use it, it takes your life too. That would be more interesting :p

 

Meh its an alright idea (ive heard it being mentioned before) but i think it would unbalance the game too much tbh

 

the survivor should die with the grenade lol. make it a last act out of desperation

 

If you play with sv_cheats 1, there's a command that makes you drop a pipe bomb (activated already) under you.

I think it might be a good idea, since the fire (anger fire ball) don't affect SI a lot because they can have the vampire buff, or a boomer to put them out. With an explosion, could stun/kill any SI in a close range, plus kill some CI around as well.

 

Most servers i regularly play on have this feature and its more than extremely helpful to have :p.
