Crate box problem

Hello my account is defameine

I stopped playing a couple months ago and decided to play again

The problem is that the quest tells me to put my heads into the crate

When i do it does not move into crates, nothing happens

Boomer
Smoker
Tank
Spitter

I found the rest except hunter and put it into the crate but it didn't move the 4 heads above

If you need a picture of me attempting to put it into crate it might take a bit to get to a crate

 

Please don't go ahead and do this in case I'm wrong but I recall when I tried to deposit 'old' items for a 'new' quest I couldn't use them either. I had to remove the item and then search for them again.

 

and when i got a hunter head, the quest tell me to put it in the box which is i'm not yet collect them all. and i did what it said, what happen if i got a tank head? does this quest will be stuck or bugged?
