Concerning the "Please remove plug-ins" message on 08/30

This is a problem on Valve's end, not our own. It has been acknowledged by a Valve employee in this thread:

While there is a temporary fix, which is adding -insecure to the server startup line, we would rather not institute that, as it would allow those who are VAC banned to play on our servers. As the thread above said, there will be a fix coming by tomorrow morning
