Chicago server troubles.

Well, our bad luck with the USA server continues. Now that we have a new Chicago server there's a terrible bug in the Linux driver for the network card.

It seems that 10 - 12% of all incoming packets are dropped. So, this is terrible for incoming MySQL data that gets corrupted.

The biggest problem with this driver bug is that the drops are not visible on the core switch, so obv. the host is telling me everything is normal and there are no drops (deja-vu anyone?)

I'm trying everything to fix this, but if it doesn't work I'll have to ask the host to plug a different brand network card in the server and go from there.
