Can you trade gem for enhancement stone & go to casino @ above lvl 200?

    I was wondering if anyone can tell me why I can't go to the gem store to trade gems for a enhacement stone or go to the casino when I reach lvl 200.

    Look around on the forum, people have been saying that CP does not work therefore casino is not working either.
