Can admins please remove the hunter upgrade for me and other stuff

    To the admins,

    Can you guys please remove/delevel/downgrade my hunter pounce distance upgrade (Bunny Legs I think?) to level 0? I don't know whether its because i lag, but when I use it I seem to pounce normally for awhile then suddenly I get boosted forward while midair. Anyway regardless or whether its supposed to be like that or not, I don't like it because I can't estimate the high damage pounces anymore. I think you guys need my Steam ID so uh here it is:

    Also, regarding the Smoker's "The Fastest Pull" upgrade, I maxed it out a long time ago but it doesn't seem to work for me. Can you guys take a look into it and try to fix it?

    And lastly, I haven't really been playing recently because school started again and I have no time blah blah blah and apparently within this period of time there have been alot of changes that I have read all around the forum, Eg Paranoia Tanks becoming susceptible to melee again, new preset buff settings etc. Can anyone be kind enough to update me on everything new?     Unfortunatelly, we cannot manually remove any puchased upgrades, skills or buffs from any account. Otherwise, we would have to do the same with absolutely every single person that requests it, and we do not have the time.

    However, we are planning to include a "Revert Stone", that will be available at the Gem Store (In-Game). This stone will allow you to select one upgrade or skill category, and reset it recovering all the spent points or gems. Since this might give us problems in the future, we wont return any enhancement stones used on the upgrades.

    We do not know exactly when this item will be available.
