Buying 2nd health pack will not make you drop the equipped one.

    I purchased several healthpacks with the idea that I would drop them on the ground for my teammates(we were in a battle with a tank in the saferoom) but when I bought them my bounty was reduced, but I did not drop any healthpacks.

    intentional? bug? dunno...

    One time, I was a survivor and the last item I bought was a healthpak... then when I played as infected, I hit !rebuy by accident (its bound right next to the !buy key) and a healthpak fell on the floor lol :? :P

    It's a feature not a bug ;) You can't drop health packs as survivor, that has never been possible.

    ok, thanks for the clarification. it seems like it should be possible since you drop the medpack when you pick up an ammo box..
