BUG: My screen remains black after getting vomitted on!

I really need some help here. I've been experiencing this bug for a few weeks now.

Every time after i get vomitted on by a boomer and after the vomit clears away, my screen will remain dark and tinted. It never goes away until i get hit by vomit a second time or i get poisoned and recover from it.

As you can see from the first two screenshots, my screen is black throughout the whole elevator ride till the top of the hospital.

Basically i need to get hit by something that affects my vision again and only after that second status clears, then i can get back my normal vision. If not i will have to play like this till the end of the round and only when the scores get tallied my vision will go back to normal.

This is super irritating becos i cant really see anything at all especially in dark places.

Please help?

yes i remembered also that with the newest update
occasionally the blindness a witch gives would not go away, ever

 

Have you tried Eye Treatment buff at all to troubleshoot this?

What are your gore settings at in Options?

 

I believe "eye treatment" doesn't work to protect you from "dark vomit" skill effect. There was a time when dark screen persisted after the vomit, I used to get that all the time, even with goggles. But I haven't experience that anymore :S

Agree with m yandere, back then u had to go afk and go back to surv in both scenarios. But the witches thing was fixed long ago.

Another EOP (Twitchi STEAM_0:1:48159119) was having a weird issue with buffs names (all blank), I know Scorp post something about it and I know that you guys have a lot to deal with since last weekend, but when any of you have a time please check that, as you can imagine he can't buy buffs or select/change the ones to equip, he have this issue since the April/May update (he doesn't seem to speak/understand english very well so he didn't post it back then) In case of any progress on this issue any of you can contact me and ill translate to spanish for him. TY in advance

 

I've never heard of this. Please re-add me on Steam, instruct Twitchi to do the same, as well, if you don't mind. 3 of us can do a group chat for translation purposes... this also requires some Q & A that would take forever to solve in a thread. Let's just get it fixed in chat.
