I have a problem with my Laptop and before I write on some random forum on the net I thought I ask the competent people here. Well, my PC works fine in every way except when I start any game, it immediatly crashes and gives me a bluescreen before it even starts the game properly. It says something about the a Graphic Card error but other than that I have no idea what to do. I already set my system to a prior date when it worked fine, but it still doesn't work Any help is appreciated.
Nope. I installed the latest driver I could find on the Nvidia homepage but it still crashes with every game I start.
write down the 0X000X00 error code at the BSOD, then google that. It usually provides good information. Vista or WIN7 check the event viewer and see what it says before the crash.
dl bluescreenview from this site http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,80367/description.html The program shows you what drivers were running at the time of crash.If the same drivers come up from multiple crashes ,you should update them.BSoDs can also be because of hardware problem ,specially bad RAM.
