Autobalance not exactly working.

    I've noticed lately the cp has been loading slower lately. I'm sure admins are working on it to improve the efficiency of it. But the issue is, because the cp doesnt load in time, the autobalance tends to consider everyone as level 1s. Clearly when we need a balance from stacked teams, it never works out exactly.

    When the autobalance does work, it tends to unbalance it more and stacks more high levels on 1 side. Eventually one side deals with constant bashing from the stack teams round after round after round. People from the stack team tend to stay on that team, switch back over, or avoid the balancing by going to spectator before balancing and join back after balancing.

    At times I've seen 10 vs 7 or 10 vs 6, and it continues to get worse from there. Especially when you join a server with just you, 3 others and rest bots; against 10 on the other side. That just really sucks.


    It would be really awesome if this matter was looked into in any way. Any change to improve this would make it much more enjoyable.


    Hopefully if a team cant stack more than 1 or 2 and auto balancing shuffles players by levels ( even out high levels on each side and even out the low ones on each side.)

    i have seen you before, you play in hongkong server.

    which server is having this problem?

    I have never been on the hong kong server. I've been on Points Reloaded USA VS mostly.

    I see the autobalancing issue occuring lately on USA VS because of the late cp loading. Even when it balances, it sometimes stacks up one side even more.

    aik,, then some impostor is using your name then..lol

    i rarely go usa now.. so i don't know about usa server problem.

    Yeah, it hasn't worked very well. A random scramble would normally work better. I think that it should autoscramble if one team gets like 9 or 10 survivors in and the other team makes it on average less than 50%. Also random scramble at the beginning of each campaign.

    I don't really mind being on the losing team, because it makes it more rewarding to get the survivors when I am infected. Also the mad dash at the end when your team is obviously not going to make it any further is always a rush. I once dodged two tanks then jumped over a third to make it to the saferoom.

    I've also noticed this... sometimes I won't even get my true HP until after I've already lost hit points and then it's too late... also there's been some weird loading outside the safe room... could be due to my connection but some other people complained about it recently as well (ie: the game started before we took over our characters from the previous round)

    This is fixed. USA was using the EU DB because of DB issues on USA. But now it's using the local db again so !cp should be much faster again right now.

    Please let me know if u still have issues.
