Announcing Chicago hardware upgrade

    Hi all,

    I'm happy to announce that we're upgrading our US based server to newer hardware (and pay even $10 less each month).

    We will go from a Xeon E3-1230 to a Core i7 3770. Disk will be upgraded to SSD so it should really fly when it's online and be ready for PR v1.3 8)

    It will be online in about a week and replaces our current Chicago server.

    Now I can add complicated mathematics without worrying about instantiating heavy drive buffering :)

    Thanks for the upgrades! _O_ This is awesome. I can't wait to see how many tanks you can summon before it starts lagging.

    that's a freaking upgrade!!! XEON LOL i thought it was a kinsufi server muhahaha ...
    then hopefully the problem was the server, if not maybe upgrade to better DNS, if not the DC (datacenter - which one is the DC anyway) sux just saying

    anyway is this a shared plan or dedi?
