Ads permanently disabled

    I decided to disable the ads permanently. They were far too intrusive and even causing crashes to the servers and clients.

    We need ads to pay for the servers but if that means players leave because of it I see no point anymore to have the ads enabled.

    Instead of the ads, we will now show the HLStatsX CE page again on the motd page, like we used to have before.
