About special tanks reward

I got problem with the special tanks reward, somehow when using moribound farming and killed the shamans, i only got exp about 56k without cash, without enhancements stone, without gems. it happened to me twice and it was happened yesterday, I killed the Paranoia and he gave me 64k exp and a piles of cash. with moribound on, this night i got knight and he gave me 46k exp with enhancement and gems, 2 days ago i can earn 1 million exp from defeating shaman and knight with moribound, but why now my rewards got lowered? i think its only happening to me, i ask my friends and it didnt happen to them, sorry for the grammar, 'cause english isn't my mother language

 

also sometimes the reward does not shows on the chatbox... so i have to screen shot my stats before and after tank to see what i got and what not...

 

You can only see the EXP and cash from a special tank if you set your setting so that you can see EXP and cash. Though that could get annoying cause EVERY single common infected and special infected you kill spams the chat with a much of numbers and words saying "You gain 50 experience points!" or something around that line. I wish you could see the amount of EXP and cash from a special tank without the settings being that way.

 

we played together in the same server when this problem occuring, am i right? we need an admins here

 

Well 2 days ago while I was playing with mini Duncan acc, we killed a knight and no one got reward, but for some reason I lvl up anyway but didnt get the cash/gems/enhacement lol. But in my experience this is not a common issue, in fact it only happened to me 3 times in 39805093583 hours in coop last month

 

I've seen people report this intermittently over the last year or so, and here's my two cents on it:

We do not know what causes it. I have never experienced it myself. Sometimes, I doubt it is happening due to excess notifications.

Even if it is happening, there are always going to be high-priority (and sometimes critical-level) issues requiring attention.

This would be considered an intermittent bug and to be honest, yes, gamers deserve their rewards for winning. However, it's not like a product or donor-level pledge that was paid for with real money... and not received. It's a privilege to fight the special tanks; missing out on a reward once or twice would sort of be asking a lot, in terms of wanting compensation. We simply don't do that for these things.

Ideally, once the major things are hammered-out, PR 1.2 will be released. In a perfect world, if we could just slap down all those changes, fix all known bugs, correct the pervasive level loss issue, etc., we could take a look at it. Right now, though, it's simply not realistic to dedicate the debugging time required & code-digging needed. I will be the first to admit I do not know how to fix it.
