The Asia server has been the victim of DDoS attacks for the last few days. Feel free to join the EU or CA server during an attack, they are now filtered and attacks shouldn't have any impact there. Thanks for your understanding and happy gaming!
Update: ISP is working on it and added filters to filter out all the crap traffic. Don't expect any wonders though. We'll keep you informed.
