I couldn't find a specific section where you can post reports on players, so I am posting it here.

We were playing in Swamp Fever finale when he asked "will they make it to the house?", I answered "yes" and minutes later he goes like "I said they wont make it", so we got into an argument because of his incompentent english. Moments later, he admits the defeat by insulting me and my mother.

Never be afraid to use the report abuse site located here: http://www.marvelous-gaming.com/sourcebans. It is shown as a pop-up message on our game servers regularly (in specific, on your second screenshot ).

Otherwise, you can always try and find an admin by going to our main page (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/marvelousgaming), go to the members search area and enter |MG| in the search. There you can see if there is an admin online that can help you right away.

AS i say to all players in game, i dont mind any player swaring, but as soon as its aimed at some one to be offencive, then this is bad.

I will have a word with STEAM_1:0:22445337, and after he whould not want to be offencive to a player in |MG| again, i have a zero tolerance for a matter like this.
