Question regarding the starter account

    Hello! I'm level 211 and was wondering if I had my level reset ( If that's allowed ) would I then be able to purchase the starter account?

    Also, you start with 13 regular buffs, I'd get 26 total regular buffs then if I had the starter account? Really only reason I want the starter account is the buffs.

    I think that either the 'twice as many buff slots' string is out of date, or its just saying that as you start on Level 40 you get more buff slots available at the start than people who start at Level 1. Either way, if you got the starter pack, and levelled up all the way to Level 220, you'd still only have the same amount of maximum buff slots as people without the starter pack. 13 slots is the standard maximum, with an extra unique slot gained through events.
