Quest Darwin's Friend 1 and Thief's

I have the following problems with these quest:

Darwin's Friend 1: Do I have observed other players on this quest to have the different objective, because? My challenge is this: - Kill 350 infected on the specific area and - Location is at Dead Air....,
but for other players is this: -Collect the claw from the first Charger that appeared in the swamp...
