[PR] Farming - Clarification

Recently, someone challenged the rules to say "well the rules are not specific enough to cover whether farming on a server alone is allowed."

It is not.

Farming is points-harvesting. Whether it's structural, incidental, or situational, doesn't matter... points-harvesting of any kind is against the rules. It is also against the rules (despite how many servers are open / occupancy / personal ping, etc.) to purposely hold up the server at any given point.

The server rules will reflect this shortly.
