Jump back to the desktop after loading the game

    Then a window appears

    "Engine Error"
    "model models/infected/hunter.mdl not found and models/error.md1 couldn't be loaded"

    what happened??

    Could not find the model of hunter so just VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME CACHE from L4D2 Properties, Local Files Tab .. If it finds any errors or problems in your l4d2 directory then it will resolve them itself ..
