That will help us to know more each others. for my self : i'm a Communication manager in a company named " Associated car & truck specialist " one of the greatest group in Algeria. You'll find my linkedIN profil below : http://www.linkedin.com/profile/view?id=222270717&trk=miniprofile-primary-view-button have a nice day.
Shitty retail while I apply for a Foundation Degree. It's okay, swings and roundabouts and all. Not what I want to do forever, but it works while I sort other stuff out!
Just a college student at the moment, studying nature science and animal care. While I study at university (hopefully) in a couple of years I'd like to work in some pet shop. When I'm done with all the studies I'd hope to work as a veterinarian we'll see if I get there someday.
I still need to really find a job, im going to do my 4th years at college this year (computer level 3 btec) then next year i plan on going to university over in america.
I'd rather have classy British than Mexicans who refuse to speak English...although Mexican chicks are sexier...
I'm an IT guy (what a surprise), freelance. Currently working for a hospital. Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk 2
Sub-contracted, no-insurance slave who may as well be asking the customers "is your power on?" when troubleshooting OS issues. The clientele isn't exactly your average Mensa meeting. I'd rather paint. At a hospital. For animals.
IT Guy... Consultant in a Microsoft Partner for ERP systems. I'm in charge of the BI Solutions (Salient, Smart-eVision)...
Student at: "University of applied sciences" which is for younger guys. On the weekends, i work as IT-Assistant.
Really? Awesome!!! I studied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (the Linehan Model for DBT: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as a focus,) but obviously didn't have the chops for it in the end. It would be nice to work in the field again outside of beurocratic red tape & stupid shit like the ICD-9-CM. There is always a need for LCSW's, Caseworkers, Advocates, and also Talk Therapists... aside from the personally rewarding aspect of the field, the best inadvertent benefit is the 100% year-long ongoing training, which is worth it's weight in gold! What area are you going to be working in?
I'm more like a massage therapist. You know I went to a special school to be able to do this. It's called 'pranic healing' (prana = energy) check this or this(it's my Master's website)
Still a college student, about to pursue my damn BA, since an associates is worth diddly. My last few jobs / internships involved graphic design / photography. I like teh photoshopz. You know, aside from being a former president.
I hope you've saved up some money or prepared to take out some pretty big student loans because that shit isnt cheap especially if you want to go to a half decent uni, looked into that myself a few years back Another retail slave checking in with the odd freelance graphic design jobs, desperate for a new job tbh.... Also full time aesthetically chiseled physique of greatness soon to be on the cover of mens health....its not a job, its a lifestyle.
yeah i know its not cheap, i checked it out the other day for an average price and i think the numbers i saw where something like $55,000. Certainly not cheap lol
Student loan-wise, it's fair to anticipate paying them off for the rest of your life. I won't go into the concept of credit or how all that shit works here in the USA, but please please please don't do what I did. In one of my last semesters, I was given a stipend (student loan) to pay the 2nd half. However, I changed my mind and took a small break, and spent my stipend. Because of the repayment policy (same with any lender here,) I had to take out a high-interest Alternative Loan. Alternative Loans are precisely for situations like that. They make you by making you pay interest-only (which doesn't touch the principle.) The borrower/student figures "oh well, it's thousands upon thousands of dollars, why even bother paying anything OTHER than interest?," thus making it a TRUE life-long loan. That's how they get ya. At least, with traditional loans, you can have a real chance of getting out of that debt. One good thing about education in the USA, should anyone choose to take on classes here, is the Grant money. There's always lots of great Grant money to take advantage of. They specifically look for enthusiastic, zealous people UNLIKE a job search, for example. Grants are as easy to get as you are WILLING to qualify for them and search for them. I regret not hogging up more Grant money then I actually did.
