Bring the SI item drop system from hardcore into normal

    I feel that it would not be such a bad idea seeing as the newer tanks are going to be a pain in the ass, although at a lower drop rate (25%?) rather than the 100% in hardcore coop.

    I dont see the need for it. Since you can buy ammo / guns from the !buy menu and also valve made their maps so that you have every few metres either an ammo stack point or other guns to use.

    well about the ammo, that is really not the case if your tank spawns are just in the middle of ammo piles which take 2 minutes to travel to.
