    [PR] Attributes Slot
    A small beneficial perk base on attributes and minor passive skills that potentially boost stats. Some of the stats can be stacked with the upgrades that player currently have. It is similar to Mapletstory's Inner ability. The purpose for this slot is for the Endgame player which player don't have anything to do with the grinding such as scenario.
    (DOES NOT AFFECT ON VERSUS)

    [PR] First Time Reroll Stats
    Given that the Stats Slot contain 3 slot.
    If wanna make slot to be unlock at certain level it is still fair for players.

    SLOT 3 : <Unlock at Lv. 201> or 2 Extra Attribute Slot Ticket

    For the Reroll stats. It should be free for the first time to roll stats.

    [PR] Usage for Reroll
    Each Reroll require atleast 500 FRP which is only reroll for basic stats and have little chance for it to go Fail to reroll;

    Basic Refresh:
    Cost : 100 FRP / refresh
    *It will refresh all available slot.
    Chances:

    58.5% Normal Boost with Low bonus rate.
    40.0% Normal Boost with high bonus rate.

    1.5% Premium Boost with Low bonus rate.

    Selective Refresh:

    Cost : 500 FRP / refresh
    *Only selected slot will refreshed and have higher chance to have better value for basic stats.
    Chances:

    10.0% Normal Boost with Low Bonus rate.
    50.0% Normal Boost with high bonus rate.

    18.0% Premium Boost with any bonus rate.
    12.0% Premium Boost with high bonus rate

    As for Premium Refresh Ticket will have chance to
    get higher tier or even highest value on specific perks.

    Premium Refresh Ticket:
    Cost : - FRP / refresh
    Item Cost : 1* Premium Refresh Ticket
    *It will refresh all of available slot and potentially getting premium stats at highest value.
    Chances:
    20.0% Normal Boost with high bonus rate.

    45.0% Premium Boost with low bonus rate.
    35.0% Premium Boost with high bonus rate

    [PR] Owning Premium Refresh Ticket

    Through Scenario;
    It can be on new scenario for later update?

    Through Crafting;
    Require to craft Premium Refresh Ticket.
    5x Torn Premium Refresh Ticket.

    Through Tank Drop;
    Could be Tier 3 Tank drop it with lower odd.

    Through MG Store;

    Can be bought via MG Store at decent price.

    [+100 ~ +250 HP Bonus ]
    Increase Max HP by specific amount. ( Can't Stack with Tenacity )

    * [+20% ~ +35% HP Bonus ]
    Increase Max HP in percentage by specific amount. (Can't Stack with Tenacity )

    [+200 ~ +500 Incap HP Bonus ]
    Increase Max Incap HP by decent amount. (Not affected with Mindset buff)

    * [+15% ~ +30% Incap HP Bonus ]
    Increase Max Incap HP in percentage by decent amount. (Not affected with Mindset buff)

    [ +1% ~ +10% Defense ]

    Increase melee defense to reduce damage taken.

    [ +1% ~ 5% Firing Speed ]
    Increase gun firing rate.

    [ +2% ~ 10% Reload Speed ]

    Reduce reload time.

    * [ +2% ~ +10% Damage Reduction ]
    Reduce all damage recieved except fall or world damage.

    [ +2% ~ +10% Move Speed ]
    Increase player movement speed.

    * [ +5% ~ +20% Slow Movement debuff ]
    Reduce rate of slowdown cause spitter's spit pool.

    [ +1% ~ +15% Damage boost ]
    Boost your base damage by percentage and stack with the player's damage upgrades.

    [ +1 ~ +10 General Flat Damage bonus ]
    Add players Flat damage bonus on their attack.

    * [ +1 ~ +10 True Damage ]
    Add pure damage on player attack and will bypass all target defense.

    [ +20 ~ +100 Flat Damage on CI/UI ]
    Add damage bonus toward Common Infected and Uncommon Infected. (Summons/Demon spawn also affected)

    [ +5% ~ +25% Damage on SI ]
    Add damage bonus toward Special Infected including Witch but not Tank.

    * [ +1% ~ +10% Damage on Tank ]
    Add damage bonus toward Tank only.

    * [ +0.5% ~ +3% chances for Double Damage ]
    Add double damage chances upon hit/shot.

    [ +1 ~ +5 HP/s Regeneration ]
    Add constant HP regen by low amount. (Doesn't work under all types of debuff)

    [ +25% ~ +100% Gascan/Starting rate ]
    Increase speed rate filling gas in Generator or Car or start up generator by large amount.

    [ +100 ~ +1000 Repair Tools Bonus ]
    Increase car repair bonus. (Dead center)

    * [ +10% ~ +25% Mutation Bacteria Protection ]
    Slightly evade chance getting mutation.

    [ +20%/-10% ~ +60%/-30% Rep gain boost/lost reduction ]

    Increase rate for getting Rep by large amount.

    [ +5% ~ 25% EXP/Cash Bonus ]

    Increase EXP and Cash drop significantly.

    * [ +5% ~ 20% Fire Damage on molotov]
    Increase damage rate for molotov DPS by low amount.

    * [ +10% ~ 40% Explosive Radius ]
    Increase radius on explosive ammo and Pipebomb.

    [ +25% ~ +75% Longer duration of Bile Bomb gas ]
    Increase duration bile bomb effect after impact before it fully evaporate.

    [ +10% ~ +30% Car's Loot chances ]
    Increase rate for finding rare cash loot in the car.

    * [ -5% ~ -30% Tank Aggresion Rate ]
    Reduce rate of your aggresion toward tank.

    * [ +10% ~ +30% evil toaster reduction ]
    Lesser chance to get evil toaster.

    * [ +10% ~ +20% longer adrenaline effect ]
    Adrenaline will last longer than usual.

    * [ +0.25% ~ +1% Tank Rarity Encounter ]
    Increase chance to encounter rare tank stack with group luck and skills.

    [ +10% ~ 50% Quest completion bonus ]
    Increase chance to get extra reward from completing the quest.

    [ -1 ~ -5 Bounty Cost ]
    Able to buy item in Bounty Market with lesser discount.

    * [ +100% Second Chances ]
    Upon hit by lethal damage, witch attack or Assassin/Cloak Assassin Tank type. If player will take damage that guarantee to death. His HP will remain 1 and have invincibility for 5 seconds. (Cooldown : 120 seconds)

    * [ +5% ~ +10% Defib Speed rate ]
    Increase defib speed.

    * [ +10% ~ +25% Defib/Heals Area of Effect ]
    Increase Defib/Heal AOE range

    * [ -1% ~ -4% Fatigue per second ]
    Add extra fatigue recovery on each second.

    [ +0.5% ~ +3% Chance not using Ammo ]

    Theres lower chance to not using ammo.

    [ +5% ~ +15% Primary Clip size bonus ]
    Increase magazine size of the primary weapon.

    [ +5% ~ +15% Max reserve Ammo ]
    Increase Max reserve ammo on primary weapon.

    [ +10% ~ +30% Melee Damage Bonus ]

    Increase damage with melee weapon.

    Can we make that * for basic but with extremely low chance? Like chance to get normal stat is 99,8% and premium is 0,2% (for 3 slots , so each slot will have 0,066 %) ?
    Because if you can manage to be able to get premium ticket, then u definitely high level (201+) and we wont want it to be too OP for high level players. But how about newbie (<201lv)? even the premium stat wont help that much but it will encourage them to playin more (500fr is big price for them and IF they can get it). Further more, it will be based on luck when you write premium will roll all 3 slots and not mention about lock slots for premium. So why not giving low level players a bit of chance if they are blessed by Lady Luck?
    High level players may abuse this to get premium so how about this formula:
    chance getting premium = (0,261 - player level /1000 )%
    This is just my opinion.
