    This is just a general guideline for the recommended buffs on any particular healers buff set that suits your playstyle. Remember, the buff sets have their strengths and weaknesses and may / may not be suited to whatever buffs you want on any healers buff set you come up with.

    The healers Buff Sets are generally situated towards health regeneration for either yourself or for other survivors for survival.

    Benefits of this buff set <top>
    • Knife: Gives you a knife that can be used to release yourself from Special Infected, usable after 1 second of being trapped using the ZOOM button.
    • Goggles: Protection from mud and blood. Bile still blinds you.
    • Hunting Reward: For each Special Infected kill in the current map, 2% chance to earn 1 additional bounty. <Max: 30%>
    • Fentanyl Injector: 3 HP/s regeneration after receiving damage from tanks until reaching full HP, while not poisoned, incapacitated or hanging.
    • Tenacity: 2000 + (200 per level above 201) increased maximum health, you instantly die when HP reaches 0. Health received from medikits is halved, down to 25%. 50% Increased aggro to tanks. <Coop Only>
    • Advanced Morphine Injector: Heals 1% Missing HP every 5 seconds while not incapacitated, hanging from a ledge or poisoned. <Incompatible with Morphine Injector Buff>

    • Infirmary: Sacrifice ability to use throwables/ammo upgrade packs in exchange for 2 health items (First Aid Kit/Defib) at once. <Pressing Zoom with current health item swaps it with your other health item> <You drop secondary item on death or when round concludes>
    • Health Dispenser: Allows to place a healing device on the ground, 15 + 0.5% Max HP regen every second, clears bad status effects and gives Moustachio Bless for 5 seconds. <Hold medikit and shove floor while crouching to activate> <Duration: 14 Seconds> <Versus: 8HP per second, 1 second of Moustachio Bless, does not clear bad status effects>
    • Frag Grenade: Pipebombs instantly detonate on collision.
    • Healing pipe bombs: Pipebombs heal nearby survivors by 15% of Max HP on detonation. <Incompatible with other buffs that change grenade contents> <Coop Only>
    • Healing Shocks: With a defib equipped (doesn't have to be held) regen = other survivors (400 units), up to 10HP. Other survivors regen 33% of what you regen. <Can't heal while poisoned or incapacitated> <Incapacitated survivors don't count> <First equipping or taking 10+ damage from a single hit delays healing by 5 seconds> <regen can't go above 90% Max HP>
    • Guardian Dispenser: Before taking lethal damage, a healing device activates on your body, healing for 5HP + 0.3% Max HP each second, curing bad status effects and triggers Moustachio Bless for 2 seconds when deployed. <Duration: 14 seconds> <Works only once per round> <First aid kit NOT required> <Coop Only>
    • Over Excitement: Killing common infected gives 1HP, killing special infected gives 8HP while you are not poisoned. <Health can't exceed maximum health> <Coop Only> <Incompatible with Excitement Buff>
    • Dopamine-Infused Meds: Using Pain Pills or Adrenaline when current health = 50% or below. You get healed for additional +10% of missing health as permanent health. <60 Second Cooldown> <Press RELOAD with meds in hand for Cooldown time> <Coop Only>

    Tips for effectively using this buff set well
    • If you need to go heal yourself if on low HP, avoid trying to take any more damage from the infected and get to a safe place as soon as possible.
    • If you know someone is about to die from a powerful tank ability that you don't want to have happen to them, use the Health Dispenser to save their life and get them out of the way of the tank.
    • If there are survivors who are low on HP, be sure to have the defibrillator equipped (doesn't have to be held) and get near the survivors so that you can heal them and yourself.
    • If you don't have any first aid kits left to use and are low on HP (where your first aid kit heals only 25% maximum HP) instead of buying another one, buy either pipe bombs or pain pills to restore your HP with.

    This buff set is generally situated more towards healing and clearing of bad status effects of yourself and other players.

    • Special First Aid: Instantly cure any bad status effect using first aid kits. You also block the next bad status effect once.
    • Healing Shocks: With a defib equipped (doesn't have to be held) regen = other survivors (400 units), up to 10HP. Other survivors regen 33% of what you regen. <Can't heal while poisoned or incapacitated> <Incapacitated survivors don't count> <First equipping or taking 10+ damage from a single hit delays healing by 5 seconds> <regen can't go above 90% Max HP>
    • Cleansing Pills: Taking Pain Pills cures most bad status effects and gives immunity to them for 15 seconds. <45 second cooldown> <Press RELOAD with pills in hand for cooldown time> <Coop Only>
    • Dopamine-Infused Meds: Using Pain Pills or Adrenaline when current health = 50% or below. You get healed for additional +10% of missing health as permanent health. <60 Second Cooldown> <Press RELOAD with meds in hand for Cooldown time> <Coop Only>

    Tips for effectively using this buff set well
    • If you or other players are inflicted with a barrage of bad status effects, be sure to use the Health Dispenser or Special First Aid or Cleansing Pills Buff to get rid of the bad status effects.
    • If your first aid kit heals are doing only 25% of your maximum HP, be sure to use pipe bombs to heal yourself instead, they give slightly 30% of your maximum HP when you heal yourself with them.
    • If you can't heal yourself in time because you are low on HP and are inflicted with the fear bad status effect, get rid of the effect and heal yourself for a bit by taking Pain Pills, then use your First Aid Kit.
