    Offensive Buffs let you increase the damage that some/all of your weapons do against infected. However some of these buffs may also be useful in an offensive way to make killing these infected much easier to do.

    1. On Fire

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $450 Cash
    Required Level: 29


    Description:

    There will be a 1% chance of setting an infected on fire on each gun shot.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The On Fire Buff is more effective when you use it with a primary weapon with a high rate of fire power.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    1% chance of setting any infected on fire on each gun shot.

    Buff Enhancements that can be applied to this buff:
    • Fire Boost

    2. Extra Powder <top>

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $4185 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 5 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 100


    Description:
    Increases damage done by pipe bombs to special infected by 1000% (Affects Traps).
    <Doesn't affect Seeking Grenade damage>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The Extra Powder Buff can be combined with the Double Projectile and Frag Grenade Buffs to make for a bigger damaging explosion.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    +1000% increased pipe bomb damage done (Affects Traps).
    <Doesn't affect Seeking Grenade damage>

    3. Ninja <top>

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $100 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 2 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 75


    Description:
    Instantly reduces current melee fatigue by 50% after killing a special infected, Additionally, it will instantly reset melee fatigue and prevent gaining more for 5 seconds after being released from a special infected.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you are surrounded by both common and special infected, kill the special infected first before you start meleeing the common infected so you don't get melee fatigued as much.
    • If you are released from any special infected pinning you down, use the 3 seconds that you get to either go over and quickly melee them to death or deal with common infected attacking you or your teammates.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On special infected kill, -50% reduced current melee fatigue. On being released from special infected, instantly resets melee fatigue and prevents gaining more for 5 seconds.

    4. |Q| Piercing Bullets <top>

    Quest Requirements:
    Complete the Inseparable 3 (Lv. 50) Quest from Theodora and get the buff from the supply boxes as one of the quest completion rewards.

    Description:
    Shooting the same Special Infected or Tank will boost the damage you deal to the target by 1% per bullet. The effect is reset when you change target, change weapon, or reload. With the Hunting Rifle/Single Pistol bonus damage is 2% per bullet. Magnum pistol, AWP or Scout sniper rifles bonus damage is 3% per bullet. With shotguns, there is a chance to gain 1% per pellet, with the chance equal to 75% - (weapon tier * pellet count).

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The Piercing Bullets Buff is the most effective with shotguns in terms of damage ramp-up, due to the fact that the shotguns shoot pellets, rather than bullets which has a high chance to increase the damage dealt by +1% per successful pellet.
    • You will be able to deal more increased damage with the Piercing Bullets Buff if you use the Dummy Rounds Buff alongside it. The reason for this is because having a chance to save ammunition means you'll have an increased clip size, which can result in more increased damage dealt.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    Upon shooting the same infected, +1% increased damage per bullet (+2% with Hunting Rifle/Single Pistol and +3% with Magnum pistol, AWP or Scout sniper rifles). Effect resets when changing target, changing weapon, or reloading. With shotguns, chance to gain 1% per pellet, chance = 75% - (weapon tier * pellet count).

    5. |E| Halloween Spirit* <top>

    Event Requirements:
    Get it for 20 Sour Candies from the Sour Candy Market within !event.

    Description:
    You take 20% less damage from special tanks and deal 20% more damage to them.

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The Halloween Spirit Buff lets you deal increased and take reduced damage from special tanks while it's equipped. Use it if you want to be balanced in both damage and defense.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    +20% Increased damage dealt and -20% reduced damage taken against tanks.

    6. Excitement <top>

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $6750 Cash
    FR-Pills Cost: 10 FR-Pills
    Required Level: 100


    Description:
    Killing infected will get you excited and make you able to endure some pain. You get 1THP (temporary health point) each time you kill a common infected, and 10THP for each special infected. Killing an Uber Infected will heal 20THP.
    <Buff doesn't work if your poisoned>
    <Temporary health can't exceed maximum health or 200THP total>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • If you want to be able to regenerate directly, rather than passively. Use the Excitement Buff and kill infected to gain THP back on kill.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On killing common infected, +1THP. On killing special infected, +10THP (Uber Infected give +20THP).

    • Shared Excitement

    7. Butcher <top>

    Buff Requirements:
    Cost: $4500 Cash
    Required Level: 180


    Description:
    You deal 1% of the target's current health on each hit with melee weapons as bonus damage.
    <Only works with targets that take melee damage>
    <Max bonus: +500 damage>
    <Bonus not applied to Chainsaw>

    Tips on Buff Usage:
    • The Butcher Buff can make your melee fight against the Duelist Tank take less time, as you'll be able to deal decreasing additional damage against it.

    Benefit in Buff Sets:
    On each melee hit, deal +1% of target's current HP as bonus damage.
    <Only works with targets that take melee damage>
