    15. |V| Self preservation

    Description:
    After 20 (40 if hanging from ledge) seconds have passed since incapacitation, your character will get up automatically. Taking damage resets the countdown.

    Positives
    + After 20 (40 if hanging from ledge) seconds have passed since incapacitation, you will get up autommatically.

    Negatives
    - Taking any damage will reset the countdown.
    - Not a very useful buff overall.

    Explanation:
    Don't want to be left Incapacitated or hanging forever? You can use the Self preservation Buff to help yourself up after a large amount of time (double that if hanging from ledge) has passed since you have been incapacitated. Remember that you will have to start waiting again every time you take damage, so make sure you don't have infected on you. It is seen as one of the least useful buffs to have on due to it's effect.

    Benefit in Buff Sets
    If incapacitated and or hanging from a ledge for 20 (40 if hanging from a ledge) seconds. You will automatically get up. Taking damage resets the countdown.

    16. |V| War wounds <top>

    Description:
    After being revived from an incapacitation caused by infected (friendly fire or self damage does not count) you will gain an additional 40 + (8 per level above 201) maximum health for the rest of the round and be healed by the same amount.

    Positives
    + After you have been revived from incapacitation, you will gain +40 + (8 per level above 201) increased maximum health for the rest of the round, you will also be healed by the same amount.

    Negatives
    - Friendly fire or self damage that gets you incapacitated doesn't count, nor does being revived while hanging.

    Explanation:
    Want to live longer as a survivor? try the War wounds Buff. Every time you get incapacitated by an infected and do get revived by another survivor, you will gain from a small amount to a large amount of increased maximum health based on your current level. You can also be healed by this same amount. Just don't do friendly fire or self damage to get yourself incapacitated since it won't count, nor does being revived from hanging on a ledge.

    Benefit in Buff Sets
    After being revived from incapacitation caused by infected (friendly fire or self damage doesn't count) +40 + 8 per level above level 201 max HP for the rest of the round and be healed by the same amount.

    17. |V| Enraging waves <top>

    Description:
    Allows you to use a device that will send low frequency waves in a sphere. All tanks caught in the radius of the device will immediately reset their aggro and will focus you instead for 10 seconds or until you deactivate the device. Once deactivated, the device can be used again in 3 minutes.
    <Cooldown: 3 minutes>

    Positives
    + You can use a special device to force all tanks within range to ignore all other players but yourself for 10 seconds or until you deactivate the device.
    + A useful buff to have for when you want to aggro tanks to you for tanking damage.

    Negatives
    - None

    Explanation:
    Don't want the other players to have the tank to themselves? Use the Enraging waves Buff to force all tanks to come to you by activating a special device for a short amount of time or until you deactivate it. Considered to be a useful buff to have for when you need to aggro tanks for you to tank the damage taken from them.

    Benefit in Buff Sets
    Allows you to use a device. When activated all tanks around will immediately reset aggro and focus you for 10 seconds or until device is deactivated.

    18. |E| Promise <top>

    Description:

    You made a promise to protect people and you can't do that if you are dead. Increases your maximum health by 1,000, but if a survivor dies to infected you take (400 - their level) as damage. This damage cannot incapacitate or kill.

    Positives

    + +1000 Increased Maximum HP.
    + A recommended buff to be equipping if tanking damage in COOP servers as a non-tenacity/tenacity player.
    + Damage taken cannot incapacitate or kill you.
    + You don't take the damage from survivors dying if you are incapacitated.

    + Bots or survivors falling behind don't count.

    Negatives

    - If a survivor dies to infected you take (400 - their level) as damage.
    - Buff is less useful in tank fights where people will die often.

    Explanation

    I promise that I will never let you die on me without me suffering for it! The Promise Buff increases your maximum HP by 1000. It is seen as a recommended buff to be equipping if you decide to tank and absorb the tank blows given to you by tanks in COOP servers as a non-tenacity/tenacity player. The damage taken from survivors dying cannot incapacitate or kill you and won't affect you if you are already incapacitated yourself. The damage won't affect you either if the survivor dying is a bot or a player that is falling behind. In order to make this promise you must take (400 - their level) as damage for every survivor that dies before you. The buff is seen to be less useful in tank fights where people can die very often.

    Benefit in Buff Sets

    +1000 increased max HP. On other survivor death to infected, -400 damage (- their level). This damage cannot incapacitate or kill.

    19. |E| Courage <top>

    Description:

    After reviving a teammate (hanging revives don't count) they will take 50% less damage (including true damage) and gain 25% movement speed. The bonuses decay over 25 seconds.

    + After reviving a teammate, they will take 50% less damage (including true damage) and gain 25% movement speed. The bonuses decay over 25 seconds.
    + A useful buff in situations where you need to be reviving incapacitated survivors a lot.


    Negatives

    - reviving someone that is hanging does not count.

    Explanation

    Are you someone who would like to help others bounce back into having a better life? Are you a person who tells them not to give up? You are the person who has the Courage Buff! After reviving a teammate (hanging revives don't count) they will take 50% less damage (including true damage) and gain 25% movement speed that decay over 25 seconds. It is seen as a useful buff in situations where you need to be reviving incapacitated survivors a lot.

    Benefit in Buff Sets

    After reviving a teammate (hanging revives don't count), -50% less damage taken (including true damage), +25% movement speed gained. Bonuses decay over 25 seconds.

    20. |E| Deep Cuts <top>

    Description:

    Allows sharp melee weapons (Axe, Katana, Machete, Knife) to ignore tank melee resistance. Also prevents those melee weapons from breaking.

    + Allows sharp melee weapons (Axe, Katana, Machete, Knife) to ignore tank melee resistance.
    + Those melee weapons also can never break.

    Negatives

    - None

    Explanation

    Like to have a fairer fight against Duelist Tank when there's just so many survivors surrounding that poor blue-greenish thing? You can by equipping the Deep Cuts Buff, allowing you to easily slash through and ignore tank melee resistance with sharp melee weapons. These sharp melee weapons are not able to be broken at all too.

    Benefit in Buff Sets

    Allows sharp melee weapons (Axe, Katana, Machete, Knife) to ignore tank melee resistance and never break.

    21. |E| Blunt Force Trauma <top>

    Description:
    3 melee strikes on the same Special Infected with Bats or the Golf Club will deal double damage and also stun the target for 1 second.

    + 3 melee strikes on the same Special Infected with Bats or the Golf Club will deal double damage and also stun the target for 1 second.

    - You cannot stun the target if it was stunned less than 15 seconds ago.

    Explanation
    You like to cause a lot of pain with melee weapons right? Blunt Force Trauma Buff is where you can beat up Special Infected more harder with Bats and the Golf Club! Just do 3 melee strikes on the same Special Infected with those melee weapons in order to get double damage and a 1 second stun off on it. Remember that you cannot stun your target if it was stunned less than 15 seconds ago.

    Benefit in Buff Sets
    After 3 melee strikes on the same special infected with bats or golf club, x2 damage and stun for 1 second.
