What is ping / lerp / fps? Terminology 101 + Understanding net_graph

    Sometimes in-game when folks talk about high ping, etc., others may wonder how to find out.

    1.) Make sure under (Options,) Developer Console = ENABLED.

    2.) Hit your tilde key = ~

    3.) Simply type "ping" (no quotes) while in-game. It shows who is holding what numbers, so to speak.

    4.) You can type net_graph (other variants would be net_graph 2,) to see plotting, line graphs, peaks/valleys, etc. It's a fun tool to get a grasp or refresher on what your network configuration is looking like or translating-to in-game!

    However, Interpolation Values and what-not sometimes need basic terminology and reference.
