To me this sound abit to overpowered, atm new people dont even stand a chance against higher levels

 

All you've done is listed a few names and not actually said what they each do lol..... but from the way your describing it i have to agree with skinhead....sounds waaaaaay over powered - like he said, even as it is now level 1- 10 players dont stand a chance against the higer leveled players.

As rare as the gems are the special upgrades/skills/buffs cant be too over powered
