Servers Down (Re-roll announcement)

    All Points Reloaded servers will remain offline until we can revert a critical issue reported in version 1.2.

    The desperation skill was deprecated and an option to revert the spent cash, gems and even enhancement stones was added. Unfortunately, this option had a "little" bug that gave everyone nearly 9000 gems.

    This literally kills us.

    We might have to re-roll the database to minimize the impact.

    As a compentation, all players with active boosters will be given additional 10 days and those without any booster will be given a (x2) boost for 10 days.

    We are deeply sorry for this massive mistake but please understand that if we ignore the invalid amount of gems obtained, our community could possibly die and leveling up or doing your best you craft and defeat tanks to get gems would be pointless, which is unfair for most people.

    EDIT: *By re-roll I mean to restore a backup from 2 or 3 days ago*

    So does this mean we will basically lose everything we've gained on the weekend?

    So now when i used the revert function to reclaim my cash and gems, i got nothing back. Is this supposed to be like this?

    whoopsie, im using revert function and it still gave me 9000 gems, please fix this again, i just want to know if the bug has been fixed or not. im sorry ><
    oh yes, before my database got reverted, my gems was something around 525, after that revert i have 323 T_T

    Depents what you mean with that.

    If you got thousands of gems by using that bug, then yes :P (We won't restore those gems)

    If you purchased something during the rolback interval (2-3 days according to HC), i'm sure you will get the item(s) you bought restored, or refunded fully.

    If you lost whole weekend of work due this, there's nothing we can do about it. I would just direct my angriness towards the ones who abused/shared the bug this for days, instead of reporting it instantly.

    Should we have known earlier, there would be no need for any rollback.
    As for the worst abusers, we obviously have them listed up in case if there's a need for penalty (in example: Wall of shame[names public],temp bans, perm bans, other).

    Anyone who lost store purchases during that rolback time, should make a seperare thread in store section. (Include purchase information within the thread).

    I lost over 200k cash and 62 gems... but i guess i just have to deal with it if there's nothing you can do about it

    I did the revert AFTER the rollback, when the bug was supposedly fixed. All I want is to get back the cash and gems that I had invested in this skill since in this new update it is not working anymore.

    However, as you can see, i got nothing back at all. I don't think what i'm asking for is too much.

    If I'm given option in-game to reclaim whatever I've spent on that skill, then I think is it fair for me to expect to receive whatever is written there (ie the cash and gems spent), and not greeted with the messages as shown in the screenshot which made me felt like i got cheated.

    its a 2 day roll back and some people are complaining? jesus i mean fair enough if you paid actual money for something but cmmon its a few e-gems/points...

    some people need to get laid lol

    Maybe u guys didnt get the point. Appreciate if you guys read my posts properly. I'm not complaining about the rollback. The x2 booster for 10 days was more than reasonable in my opinion.
