Scaling down

Hi all,

We're scaling down a bit to prevent too much fragmentation of players across all of our different servers so we're shutting down CA VS and CA COOP for now.

Of course this is also being done out of a cost perspective. Running all these servers requires a lot of green so we're going for a more dynamic approach, scale down when player numbers decrease, scale up when they increase.
