Saferoom Rusher`s

I have have noticed alot more players are doing a safe room rush, when other players are not ready ( while typing !guns etc)
I`m not sure if its been done before, I would like it, if there could be a 15 sec countdown before the server allows you to open the door to start the round.

What do you think?

Sounds good to me. I am not the fastest loader and sometimes spawn outside the saferoom without a melee weapon because of the rushers.

 

+1. I find it impossible to play on my laptop, and when I do, things like that always happen.

 

+2 plus this would give you that little extra time as a survivor on the points reloaded server to manage your skills n shiz like mentioned in the RPG suggestions thread.

You mean the !ready plugin...that one kinda sucks since you have to wait for literally EVERYONE to type it but the one that pops posted looks pretty cool.

 

I dont like the !READY plug-In as I have see this being a problem when new players
are on and dont know that they should type it.

The count down version I have though we should use for a while now, but that the
door should auto open at the end of the count down, but maybe that will cause a
problem with boomer/smokers monitoring the count down and rushing into the safe

but, yeah it would be a good thing I think

 

There's a good reason to rush out the safe room asap - so that you can get moving before the specials have got into possition - some use it as a tactic, others are just thoughtless. if there's going to be a delay, better to have it so no-one can move untill everyone's loaded and then it's up to the team in the safe room what they want to do.
