Rules and Procedure Reminders

There is a lot of farming going on. I'm not even going to post about it again. Read the rules or any of my previous hundred threads/posts on this subject. The bottom line is keep the server moving at all times. Since it's still a problem, we will unfortunately have to be much more aggressive with PR - Farming bans. You can expect 2-4 days at minimum if it's your first ban for it. They increase in time and severity per occurence.

Ban Submissions. You're encouraged to come to us with evidence. This is NOT an avenue for gamers to get selective or incidental dirt on them, and get them banned because they don't like them. There are way too many bogus ban submissions. all coming from Hidden Infected. The worst time to do a ban submission is if you're breaking the same rules between screenshots. If a ban DOES come out of said submissions, and the person sending them in is breaking the rules themselves, this will always create major conflict and tension. So, just like w/ the other thing, we're going to have to be aggressive with those abusing the feature. Please don't waste your time by writing long stories... it's merely he-said she-said and we can't do anything with that. The same applies to those saying they have gamer witnesses . No evidence or inconclusive evidence = no action taken.

Alternate Accounts: If you are banned, even if it's only for a day... and you create another account to get around it, this is an irreversible permanent ban. If you are ever banned, you must wait it out. Any and all attempts to bypass bans are caught. There may have been one or two over the years who got by but it's very easy to detect. It also costs you an extra copy of the game. If you got banned for bypassing one, even if you wait a month, we'll still have a record it. Please just use common sense. Stay mindful.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE STOP telling gamers they are not allowed to play on the server. It doesn't matter what level they are. Every slot is equal. If we see anyone else say "You shouldn't be here," or "Go to COOP you're too low level," again, we'll have to ban on the spot. Abuse of new players is beyond unacceptable, and we're going to have to get aggressive with this as well.
