Player Optimus constantly glitching out

Hi everyone,

just moments ago we were playing with this player named optimus.
On the map the_Barge, this player was going out of the map, in which he couldnt be reached by both survivors as infected. We did warn him for this, eventhough he wouldn't return.

If a certain type of punishment is appropriate for this behavior, we would be gratefull if this was permitted.

This player has 2 votebans on record. Did you voteban him? Or was that after the second voteban?

I did not voteban him neither did an attempt to. He tried to continuely voteban me thought, which may have resulted in a over-use of votebans or so. Next to that i can't remember him being votebanned because yesterday pretty much all the time i played an admin was also in-game
