i Was level 49 and i got cash around 13k(prize from shaman tank event by little brother) thats what i see before i kicked cause of high ping
and then i try join the server again im back to level 48 and i got 8k
so i lost 1 level and a bunch of cash,please help,thank you

Hello. I'm playing first time. I'm losing my level of each attempt.

 

The problem is your in-game name.

Remove the apostrophe symbol ----> ' from your name.

Then, it should save. The database rejects entires w/ that symbol.

He lost levels on each map start, went from level 7 and then level 4, back to level 1. Turns out his name was the issue, with ' symbol in it, but he's removed that now.

 

It's saving ok now, thanks
