Paranoia tank spawn with 100 HP

    I wanna report a bug.There is a bug having lately. When i spawn on versus server as paranoia tank starting always with 100HP , happened ond US and Asia versus, it take a year to regenerate cos para have slower regen and it may lose the tank while waiting to regenerate. Passing the tank dont resolve the problem.
