Moving to new hardware: Prepare for IP changes

Hi all,

We are moving servers to faster hardware and a more stable network. This means IP addresses will change once more so please keep an eye on sourcebans and/or hlstatsx and update your bookmarks.

We are going to use different IP addresses this time for each server with all the same port numbers. I will add DNS names later so it's more easy to connect and you don't have to remember the IP addresses any longer if you directly connect to a server.

Another addition will be a Hidden Infected server for the CA region, that's still in debate though.
