Motobike Ride: Las Vegas - Grand Canyon

    I finally edited (after 5 months) my video which I shoot from the motorbike while riding from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon. This is the result:

    Recorded with a ContourHD 1080p videocamera on ultrawide mode. Music is from Deadmau 5 - I remember (Extended Mix) which was our favorite track back then :)

    Would love to be you. How did you hold the camera? In your mouth? :D
    What was the top speed you got? (Can't see on even 1080p)

    I had it in my left hand so I was driving with one hand. Top speed was I think like 75/80 miles/hour. You can see the speedometer on the gas tank, add a zero to the speed :)

    Video was 1.7 GB took me about 30 minutes to upload it (10 mbit) :P

    The Contour Test #2 one is actually really intense! Marvel, add some epic electric or hyper music and it will actually be a movie lol. From 0:16 onwards it is like I'm sitting on the Ducati itself!

    I'm off to go out on my GT Mountain bike. I think I need a few thrills too.

    Wow! awesome video's Marvel, and that is one fast Ducati O.o. But I would of laughed so hard if you dropped that camra lol. Nice work though, loved the scenes from the Grand Canyon!

    It was awesome. It did cost me a lot though but it was something to never forget :)

    Thanks for the great comments btw ;) Hereby my recommendation that everybody should get a motorcycle and ditch that boring car (or have both ;))

    How did i miss this thread. Absolutely awesome videos marvel and a great tune u used with the first one aswel, love it! (though i like the caspa remix slightly better haha) Im planning on getting a bandit as soon as i pass my test - great bike, i have 2 mates that have the exact same bike yet they both look completely different....so flexible when it comes to altering their appearance

    Anyway if all goes well ill be riding something similar to this bad boy within the next few months (if i hopefully avoid killing myself)

    Bandit is a nice bike :) I'm currently on the lookout for a Suzuki V-Strom DL 1000 myself to replace my Yamaha Diversion. If u go for the bandit you better take the 1250 ;)

    oohhhh yamaha diversions a nice bike! so's the V-storm though, regarding the 1250......HELL no lol ive only ever been on the back of a 600 before and that was powerful enough for me hell i used to have a 125 cagiva mito and that was QUICK especially for a 125...could keep up with a lot of 600's. So yea im either gunna get a 250 or a 600 :)...probably a 600.

    I was also considering a suzuki gsxr but i know id wind up killing myself so maybe not....
