Yes so the minimum is $10 in physical money. Say you buy the starter package which is $20, you use the coupon code will get it you for $10. So on checkout you need to pay $10.

Idk about the vending machines, maybe we can enable them for this action alone, might be a good idea I'll look into it

You should buy the vending machine to share it. It's kind a stupid to join an empty server and use it just for yourself alone. Besides like Beasty says you can spawn it on a server less than 4 players but you won't get anything for the toasters since the system will only activate with 4 players or more.
