Major server maintenance soon.

There will be some changes soon to our infrastructure. Our website will be moved back to Amsterdam so that we have an additional server in Chicago available for Windows games like DayZ, Chivalry and what else is to come.

For EU Dayz & Chivalry will be moved to a different server which means it probably gets new IPs. L4D EU and US won't change, Singapore has just been extended for another month.

As for our kiddie with no life who's doing the reflection attacks, all hosters are informed to take action and block these attacks in order to minimize our downtime. Tickets are open and I'm working close with the technicians to resolve the issues. For now they are all willing to cooperate but it can take some time before proper filters are in place.

There will be some downtime although I think that wouldn't be very long and only during off-peak hours.

Eta is within now and 2 weeks. I'll keep you updated during the process.

Update 11/27/2012:

First change has been made, Sharktech (US host) re-routed our traffic to a different provider. Ping times to US drasticaly increased, website loads a lot faster and the lag issues US had should be solved.

 

The day this kiddy gets arrested from his mother's basement, is a day when i will break my vow just for a night in order to take a good glass of wine and enjoy the moment.

As for the news: Can't wait for it.

 

Yeah we will have the same windows server in the US as in EU (so Dayz + Chivalry for now).

I'm still waiting for the EU hoster to resolve some issues before I can start the move.

 

Forum & Store have been moved.

I will move the stats and wiki soon, stats page shows wrong information now but that's because the old db is active so no stats will be lost until I do the transfer.

 

hlstats and wiki have been moved as well.

 

Servers will be down for a while for database maintenance.
