Looking for Power 2 Quest not available

Hello All I am Shaikh Nedab. Today i want some help from you guys.
Few days back i have completed power 1 quest. but when i gone for accepting Power 2 quest it was not there in quest list. I mean "The Voice" quest is not showing. Please admins help me. Without quests and level ups it is not that much fun to play. Hope it will be fixed soon
