I can't find my piercing bullet buff

    I did finish the quest, and I got the piercing bullet buff before.
    Today some players say they can equip the piercing bullet buff now, but I can't find it in my offensive buffs list.
    And it is not in my supply box nor !inv.
    Please help me, thanks :D

    It's disabled anyway, so whether they can equip it or not, it won't do anything.
