Give all the buffs with cooldown the PR notification... (Accepted and Implemented!)

    The Long title that I couldn't fit here is:
    Give all the buffs with cooldown who don't have it the PR notification for when the buff effect is ready to be used again

    I have not seen any post nor heard from any player about this suggestion. It's simple. Give all the other buffs that don't have it, the PR notification for when they are ready to be used again

    The following buffs listed below are:
    Buffs: Immolation, |V| Protective Bag, |V| Bird Whistle, |V| Enraging waves

    What do you guys think of this suggestion? POLL IS ABOVE! :)
