Found a Chopper, but....

    You can refuel it if you land on there. Landing on top of buildings is a good way to stop people from taking them. Best thing to do would be shoot it a dozen times and damage it so they can't get down lol.

    If you can find your way there, I was repairing a heli in Ekaterinburg (NE of island near Jaroslavski airport, it's inside a factory area with loads of containers), all it needs is some fuel since I repaired the main rotor. If you use 1 jerry can, you should be able to land it on top of the fuel station in that same city and get full fuel.

    In that same town, I ditched a VW Golf on the railway tracks on the docks (I wanted the URAL). There are 3 Golf's in that area, only mine had good wheels and fuel though.
