Dayz: Namalsk server - Online now!!

    We now have a Dayz Namalsk server up and running! Same settings and Whitelist as our Chernarus server.

    IP: dayz.mgftw.com (213.247.35.36) port 2302.

    Please remember that this server is experimental There could be bugs, issues etc. if you find any please report them here.

    Interesting map... However, I doubt that the presence of an armed heli is a good thing for the balance.

    By the way, being killed by a rocket lauch (by this very heli) in the first 30 minutes on the server could be interpreted like a "Hey Welcome ! See ? You don't get a chance ! Don't ever come back !".

    Yeah I agree with you, I finally found a car, one rocket: boom it was gone. Then I was walking through the forest, another rocket boom and I was dead.

    I'll remove the spawn entry for that chopper which means if they crash it it won't come back.

    I was the person in the helicopter, and you're right - even though I was on the giving end of it, it is probably a bit much with the rocket launcher and the grenade-launcher gunner seat. I admit it was kind of fun to have such a power house under my control, but it doesn't fit in the larger scheme of things, so whenever you have removed the spawn point, drop a post here and I will fly it into the ground myself.

    Would it however be somehow possible to replace the spawn point with another type of helicopter that's not as overpowered? Such as one of the un-armed little bird variants; or even a black hawk.

    If it's any consolation, I was looking for better equipment and weapons and didn't kill any of you "for the lulz". Any future meetings should be on more even playing grounds - and sorry for being a douchebag.
