    guess you ment from 30 to 100 lvl :)
    so what happends if a lvl100+ gets the lucky mind skill? will it be 30%? or 25%?

    so low level players want to increase their skills and stuff quick, and high level players want something to spend their points on that doesn't seem like a tedious rip off...

    how about, if it were possible for low level players to be able to steal skills/upgrades/buffs/points/levels off of the high level players? Maybe if they picked up a special toaster, or if the high level player happens to hit/shoot a low level player then random stuff will get transferred.
