Bump of A Suggestion From Medicopter

    When a survivor is incapped and holding a:
    -defibrillator
    -upgrade / explosive ammo pack
    -upgrade / incendiary ammo pack

    ...and sees a health kit on the ground, they can NOT zoom to pick it up.

    If we could swap said item for the kit on the ground, that would be fun. It's not an unrealistic or overmodded idea.
