Another unban request ?

Hi guys
I know the boxxy thing went bad but anyway, just earlier I was playing with a few guys and there's this guy xXCommander who I think was just unbanned (he had like 140 karma or something ) and it was the two of us (inf ) against this other player near the end of a match and I had really low hp and started fighting against the other player (trying to knife him ) so Commander tried to help me (cause,again, I was near death ) and accidentally killed me in the process ( the other guy died too )
Anyway, I wanna point out that what he did is not exactly RDM, just an accident. I hope this helps in case he protests the ban too
