    Hello,

There seems to be some major confusion about what some of our reporting options mean. If you have a problem with level loss, stats loss, or simply need in-game support, please start in this forum section here.

If you notice a bug that has not been previously reported (it's easy to scan the basic topic list,) or a major MG-specific problem that applies to all gamers, then report it as a bug in Mantis Bug Tracker.

Clicking "report this post" is only to be used when someone is doing something against the rules in that post. It is not for anything other than this.

    Please do not:
    - Click "report post" to bump your own support request
    - Click "report post" to notify us you have posted or for a quicker response
    - Click "report post" for preexisting issues, like level loss, or things that have specific areas to report
    - Report bugs when they are clearly already documented in Mantis Bug Tracker or already in-discussion on the forum. We are aware of them if that is the case.

We really appreciate everyone's cooperation. Misusing the reporting and support options available to us all just creates delays and makes things more complicated. MG is very quick and very, very efficient with handling support requests. You can alternatively ask an Admin on Steam as a last resort if things aren't being handled to your satisfaction quickly enough.
