A list of active clan buffs and or upgrades / skills which dont work

Hi,

is it maybe possible to give us a list of buffs / clan buffs , upgrades and skills which currently do not work ? For example i know that the "Enhancement Stones gone" clan buff does not work yet its still there and still shown on the wiki. But what other buffs are unlocked or available but do not work ?

Is there any possibility that those buffs that do not work get fixed ? Also some skills require an enhancement stone but it doesn't tell in the skill description for example Muted Disease
