Gone ahead and updated the Dormant Tank Guide with the buff and tankinfo updates.

Additions:
+ None.

Changes:
= Changed all buff sets by updating buff descriptions of buffs/buff enhancements that got updated.
= With the Dormant Boiling and Dormant Repugnant Tank Buff sets, they were more changed instead. You'd be better off using Tenacity, unless you want a harder challenge using |E| Promise Buff.
= Updated the Dormant Repugnant Tank !tankinfo.

Now onto the Tank Info Guide updates! I'll update this guide again when it next needs one ^^

 

It's been a while (yes, 2 years) since the last forum post for the Dormant Tank Guide being updated. I'll eventually will make an update post if I get the time to do a Dormant Tank Guide update here.
